Aadya Agarwal

Hello, I'm

Aadya Agarwal

"At age 10, I did a 20 feet cliff jumping into the crystal clear waters of Cenote Cristalino on a trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico"

On weekends you’d often find me making, playing and selling all kinds of slime with my friends

The name “Aadya” originates from the Hindu Goddess Durga, signifying the primaeval energy.

Quick Fun Facts About Me

My latest experiment in the kitchen culminated in the creation of avocado buttercream.

About Me

My name is Aadya. It is one of the many names given to the Hindu Goddess Durga. It symbolizes power and energy. Throughout my life, the meaning behind my name has led me to grow into a responsible and purposeful individual. I consistently attempt to emulate everything it stands for every single day.

I live in Princeton, NJ but my roots extend to India. Growing up in a multicultural environment has given me a unique blend of perspectives, cultures, and values. I’ve always been surrounded by lively, unstructured conversations, shaping me to be inclusive, and deeply appreciative of the relationships in my life.

One of my greatest inspirations is Charlie Mackesy’s beautiful book, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse. It has been my guidebook, feeding my inner strength and reminding me to live with gratitude, use the Earth’s resources wisely, and contribute to making the world a more beautiful place.

When I’m not reading, you’ll find me in the kitchen experimenting with mystery ingredients. Avocado buttercream, my creation during a culinary competition, has become a family favorite. I am also always seeking new adventures, whether it’s parasailing, horseback riding, skiing, or even milking goats and cows, I dive into life headfirst, ready for whatever comes next.
